Data Collected and Purposes

Contact Form

We process your name, email address, desired timeline, and project description solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry and contacting you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

AI Chat Assistant

We process your email address and the content of your chat messages for the purpose of conducting the project interview and contacting you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Note: Chat messages are transmitted to Anthropic PBC (USA) for AI processing (legal basis: Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR).

Data Processors

The following service providers process data on our behalf: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) for contact management and email delivery (EU servers, Frankfurt); Anthropic PBC for AI processing of chat messages (USA, Standard Contractual Clauses); EU hosting provider for server operation and database hosting.

Retention Period

Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the processing purpose, at the latest 2 years after your last interaction.

Your Rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), objection (Art. 21), and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
